Popup Choir

Our latest excellent idea!

Dostoevsky wrote that “beauty will save the world.” He didn’t just mean that beautiful things are beautiful, but that to touch the beautiful, to participate in beauty, is to participate in the true and the good.

Which might seem like a lot to ask of a pop-up choir, but that’s what we are hoping for. We’re going to start with learning a few carols to lead the singing at the Northcote Rise Christmas Activation (14/12/24 at 2pm.) If we have fun, and we probably will, then we will do a couple of things next year. Evensong? Maybe.

Rehearsals on Thursday evenings (21/11/24, 28/11/24, and 5/12/24) from 7pm.
