Job is one of the great characters in our tradition. It asks the question whether all suffering is justified? If something terrible happens to you, then is it your fault? Job maintains his innocence, to the dismay of his friends, but is finally shown to be in the right by the God who spoke with him.

When tragedy comes out of the sky like a cyclone and destroys everything which we held to, which we built our lives on: what then?

A reflective sort of an evening I think, rather than a big old talkfest.
