It’s summer, so we might be meeting in a park maybe. Check with us first! Email Alister on minister@chalice.org.au
At 3pm on the Second Sunday of the Month we gather for a service where lively children are particularly welcome. We sing (often with actions), engage with Scripture through meaningful activities and discussion. The aim is for us all to learn and grow together – regardless of how old we are. This is a time where we go out of our way to welcome families with noisy children, but without dumbing the content down for the grownups.
Our motto is: growing and learning together. That’s why we call it “intergen” because while it’s designed to be welcoming to children, our aim is to engage people at different levels of abilities. You don’t need to know a lot about faith to get something out of this, because we try to engage both the creative and existential levels.
